Sony comes up with Next Gen PSP2 ‘NGP’

In a big development, Sony has come up with its next generation PlayStation Portable (PSP2), which is codenamed as ‘NGP’. The Next Generation Portable (NGP) is all set to bring revolution to the gaming world.

The PSP2 ‘NGP’ will be compatible with the PlayStation Suite and include a 5-inch touch-screen OLED display with 960 x 544 resolution. It will have a focus on Social Connectivity and Location-based Entertainment. It will also have 3G, WiFi and GPS.
The next Gen PSP2 will be released in Japan this holiday season. The NGP will have camera on both front and rear sides. The gaming console also has “location based gaming” using the built-in GPS, as well as a SixAxis motion sensor.
